The Uniswap V4 Hook

Politiswap runs on a custom hook contract that deploys and manages PolTokens, the coins that represent each politician. PolTokens are swappable in either direction on Uniswap V4 against their respective liquidity pools, but are otherwise not transferable.

On processing of any given swap, the hook updates the net flows in ETH for that PolToken, either incrementing the figure for a buy and decrementing it for a sell. The hook runs a daily contest that incentivizes holding the PolToken with the highest net flows for that day.

The hook implements a custom 2% Uniswap V4 fee on the ETH side, while the pool is configured with a 0% LP fee.

All PolTokens have a total supply of 1 billion.
